I am about to start it tomorrow and I wanted you guys to join in on my transformation (hopefully). So I will be documenting it here on this blog.
Starting off:
Weight: 142lbs
Chest: 34 inches
Waist: 30 1/2 inches
Hips: 39 inches
Hoping to lose at least 12 lbs and be toned by the end of the 30 days.
